If you want to add your own canvas, I will sell just the acrylic box frame, with countersunk holes and screws and you can attach your own canvas. Note, the measurements need to be exact....

Acrylic is a finicky product! These frames appear to be easy to make, but they are challenging. A lot of companies refuse to fabricate them due to the high error rate. See below if you are interested in how these are made....

HOW FRAMES ARE MADE:
1) Canvas: Made to your custom size
2) Acrylic is cut on a table saw. All sides need extra 1/8-1/4” of space
3) Holes: Countersunk holes are measured and drilled on 4 sides.
4) Protective paper is left on during fabrication because the acrylic scratches easily.
5) Fine grit sandpaper is used to sand all edges before assembly
6) Assembly of each side: A “glue” or “weld” is carefully used to attach easy side. Once the “bond” is dispensed, the 2 pieces of acrylic essentially “melt” or “weld” together. Allow to set 24-48 hrs for complete bond.
7) Torch: all raw edges are flame fired with a torch. The fire/heat clears up any cloudy edges.
8) Cleaning: A wax cleaner is used to erase all fingerprints and smudges and helps protect against dust.
9) Packaging for Shipment: due to the delicate nature of the acrylic, preparing your frame could take over an hour....when you get your frame, you will see why. It may take you an hour to unwrap it!! 😜
So...just know that your frame is a MASTERPIECE in itself.

It takes a workshop of saws, power tools, time and patience to complete these simple looking pieces! My husband and 2 fabricators work hard to create these frames.

Thank you for stopping by!
