Returns Policy

Most of our products are personalized, so returns are not usually accepted. However, if a monogram or name is misspelled, and it is our error, we will gladly issue you another product with the corrected spelling. Please contact us if you need a refund/exchange.

All jewelry is guaranteed, so please contact us for repair.


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. 

Most products ship out within 3-5 business days. Other personalized products can take up to 10 days to ship.

If you choose First Class Mail, you will not receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped, nor will you have tracking. If you choose Priority Mail, then you will automatically get email confirmation and tracking. Once your package is shipped, it will take 1-3 days to receive.
